Place a cotton pad soaked in the liquid Eye Makeup Remover on your closed eyelid and gently press down on it. Applying light pressure to the cotton pad, pull downwards and repeat the process as needed until all the makeup is removed from the eye.

The bottle could look nicer
However, I can not find fault with the content. Removes quickly and easily my eye makeup and it burns nothing in the eye (am myself contact lens wearer - day lenses). In addition, I use it even if I have made a "makeup mistake".
